Filing a lawsuit against a web company based Florida but I’m in Wisconsin?

thegreatdame@sbcglobal.net asked:

WebSitePros had stolen $600 from my business account without my approval. I filed complaints with the BBB of Florida, and a consumer protection agency. Thru research, this company has many complaints of the same nature as mine. I want my damn money back!! I never approved any work they supposedly done nor did I sign any contracts with them.
I’d like to file a class action as I’m sure other small business owners would join in suing this company. But I want to file a lawsuit anyway. How could I sue them if I’m in WI and they are based in Florida?

Is there anyway to make Best Buy make good on their extended warranty?

Digg It asked:

:I have a camera with a 4 year warranty and I have taken it in 3 times for the same lens issue. They repaired it twice, but on the 3rd time they said there was too much wear and tear on the camera and the warranty is voided so they won’t fix it. It just so also happens that my warranty info wasn’t in their system (big surprise) I had to fight with them for 45 minutes before they finally pulled it up to verify it had been repaired twice before with the same problem. It also just so happens that the 3rd time is supposed to make the camera a lemon and they are supposed to issue me with a new one. I filed with the BBB twice, Attorney general, called best buy corporate, and filed on ripoff report and a few other consumer protection agencies. At the least I am letting others know not to fall for the crap exteneded warranty
