Anyone else get scammed by Billy Mays TV products ?

Billboxing asked:

I answered an ad for PRO SEAL, a bathroom caulking device for caulking and sealing around shower enclosure. The product was advertised on TV by sales pitch artist Billy Mays….After several weeks of phone calls, promises of re-shippment and re-charges on my credit card, the 800 # was disconnected and no product appeared. The NY State Consumer Protection Agency was contacted along with The FCC Commission to no avail. There is a web site called Ripoff.com that lists dozens of others nation wide that was duped by this company. Anyone get any results or information ? Thanks and ………B E W A R E .
If you never heard of him or seen TV products advertised by him or have been duped by a television telemarketing scheme, then I guess it’s not necessary to answer. Right ?
