Unfortunately, other than myself, any “truth secuity police” will not be “impartial.”
And this has nothing to do with “…such a thing be[ing] too harsh on lawyers and other professional liars…”.
A more effective approach would be to educate people to be thier own “impartial security police” by teaching them how to do their own research on “news and information”.

They came out of the wood work on that one did they? Well I would tell them that if it was preposterous, then the grand jury is only make-believe. Factual information can be assembled and used almost without delay, being intellectual liberals, I know they watch Jeopardy,and how instantly the judges can find an error of the question / answer response, and clear to fareness to help level the players field, and bring about a justness. This is what truth telling is all about anyway, to maintain justice, and do it blindly without regard to race, sex, or national origin. The announcer of superman said it best ; ” truth,justice, and the American way”
