what is the best way talking to the dealer, do i have a case, where to call?
upd. car was sold as-is. PA has a lemon law, when i tried to call they redirected me to dealer fraud who sent me to consumer protection. who sent me to their website to fill in the complain.
did any one went through it?

They are a privately funded, non-profit organization, with offices all over the country that assist consumers with their various complaints with businesses. They try to encourage fair practices and will try to help you through a mediation process with the business.
Go to the website below, click USA site, and then click check out a business or charity. Type in some of the business’ information and see if the BBB has them on record. If they do there will be a file complaint button, at the bottom of the report. If the business is not on record, make one and then file a complaint.

first thing you did was buy a car with a light on… that was wrong… the tire senors are over 100 bucks ea on some cars any tire shop could have done that.. you pay for car prep and didnt get it did you but yet you drove away first id want they to fix the problem with the light… and listen dont deal wit dealerships sorry but they dont really have the smarts to repair cars the way they should be done… has for the alignment you shoul dhave check the car before you drove away it would have pulled some and is every comom to be out of it….learn how to check a car out before buying would have help you more…..at dealership most of the time they are young guys who know a little book smarts and schooling not wise in how to really how to fix things if broken…. ive been working on car many years and sometime we would do work for dealers because they couldnt do it right….. first talk with them and then talk with a lawyer and learn how to take car of your car yourself it would save you big time in knowing somethings

Lemon Law only applies to NEW vehicles, it is the most misunderstood law in the car business, if you bought the car As-IS than you don’t really have a leg (or tire) to stand on. If you go on Lexus forums you may be able to find out how to “Reset” the Tire Monitor light yourself. As for the $1,000 prep(The oldest trick in the business) it reall y is your fault for not reading your contract or agreeing to the charge and singing.

As the guy above me said - the lemon law does not apply here. It is only on new cars, and even then the dealer gets 3 cracks at fixing the problem. You can file a lemon law complaint, but its a waste of your time and ink.
You bought a used car, with the tire monitor light on. You bought this car AS IS. If you talk to the dealer, they MIGHT feel compelled to help you. But go talk to the sales manager as a level-headed, reasonable person. Explain what happened, and what the salesperson said. IT is really their choice to help you or not. If they do anything at all, you are ahead. Because otherwise this repair is all on you
