It also just so happens that the 3rd time is supposed to make the camera a lemon and they are supposed to issue me with a new one. I filed with the BBB twice, Attorney general, called best buy corporate, and filed on ripoff report and a few other consumer protection agencies. At the least I am letting others know not to fall for the crap exteneded warranty
