maxim h asked:
car cost me about 29k, it has a tire pressure monitor and the light was on when i was buying a car, sales person told me that they pumped to wheels, and after driving a while it will go off. it did not. lexus dealership quoted 400 per wheel to fix it.
car needs alignment as well (they charged me $1000 for “car preparation”)!

what is the best way talking to the dealer, do i have a case, where to call?
upd. car was sold as-is. PA has a lemon law, when i tried to call they redirected me to dealer fraud who sent me to consumer protection. who sent me to their website to fill in the complain.
did any one went through it?
